Pet Center accepts returns on non-live products (toys, accessories, supplies, food, and equipment) that meet our return conditions. Live animals are handled separately under our 14-Day Health Guarantee and Adoption Policy.

Product returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused, undamaged condition with original packaging intact.

Refund decision: We review returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You'll receive notification via email of approval or denial.

Refund processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Fund availability: Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunded funds may take 2-10 additional business days to appear in your account.

Partial refunds: Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds if the item was returned in less-than-pristine condition.

What if I lost my receipt?

You can still return items. Provide your email address, order number, or any identifying information to verify the purchase. We can look up order history.

Do you accept returns on sale items?

Yes, sale items are returnable under the same conditions as regular items. However, refunds are issued at the sale price, not the original price.

What's the latest I can start a return?

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns started after day 30.

How do I know if my return was received?

Always use tracked shipping. You can track your package online. We'll also email confirmation once we receive and inspect the item.
