Key Terms & Conditions

Order first, pay later. You will not be charged at checkout. Payment is triggered only after you confirm you have received your order, on the agreed due date.
Agreed due date. Your payment due date is set at 30 days after delivery confirmation. This date is fixed unless you contact us in advance.
Late payment acknowledgment. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied automatically. Continued non-payment may affect your BNPL account status.
Authorization required. By accepting this agreement, you authorize our payment partner Stripe to charge the agreed amount on or after the due date using your authorized payment method.
Cancellations & returns. If your order is cancelled or returned before the due date, your BNPL obligation is voided. Please contact support within 48 hours of the cancellation.
Your rights. You may pay early at any time without penalty. If you believe the charge is in error, contact us before the due date to raise a dispute.
Cancellation/Extension. In case of delayed shipments which takes more than 30 days to complete and require an extended period or you wish to opt-out on your BNPL plan you can contact us to cancel your application anytime (This will mean applying again from scratch). You wouldn't be charged for any due payments during this period. Payments are triggered only after you confirm you have received your order, on the agreed due date. Data & privacy. Your agreement data, including IP address, timestamp, and signature, is stored securely. See our Privacy Policy.
